Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has over 20 years post graduate experience in 2 of the best banks in Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank and Access Bank where he rose through the ranks to become a Regional Manager in charge of Apapa Region.
He is well experienced in retail and SME banking having headed Retail Loans (Product Development & Management) and was part of the team that instituted SME Banking (Business Banking) in Access Bank.
Stephen, who is an alumnus of Retail Banking Institute, Lafferty UK, is a member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and has been involved in several projects, including Mergers and Acquisition, notable among them are Access Bank Retail Transformation Agenda and Access Bank Project One.

He is seasoned accounting and finance professional with over a decade of experience in microfinance banking.
Gabriel Talabi joined Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Limited as a Finance Manager and later rose to the position of Acting Head, Financial Control
Prior to his employment with Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Limited, he has worked with Crossover and Yes Microfinance bank as the Head of Finance and Accounts, where he proffers lasting solution to income leakages and reconciliation issues as well as building capacity for succession planning within the finance department. Besides, he also worked respectively at Personal trust (now First Ally) and Cedar Microfinance Bank Ltd. as a finance officer.
He is an Experienced Chartered accountant, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds B.Sc. in accounting with a First Class Honours from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He has attended various trainings and workshops.

Kunle Animasahun is a meticulous and results-driven Internal Auditor with over 16 years of experience in evaluating and strengthening internal control systems across various financial institutions. He has a proven track record of executing comprehensive audit assignments and delivering strategic insights that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Before joining Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Limited, Kunle served as the Head, Internal Audit and Risk Management at Imowo Microfinance Bank Limited. Having briefly worked with Isale Microfinance Bank Limited, He pioneered the establishment of Internal Audit department at Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank Limited, where he played a key role in establishing a robust internal control framework that ensured smooth and compliant operational processes.
Kunle holds a degree in Accounting from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), having successfully completed the MCIB examination. Additionally, he is an Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Over the years, Kunle has participated in various professional trainings focused on Internal Control, Risk Assessment, and Fraud Management in Financial Institutions, further enhancing his capacity to add value through internal audit and risk advisory services

Mr. Rosiji Adewole holds a PGD in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria and is currently pursuing an MSc in Information Technology. a highly skilled and resourceful Information Technology Specialist with over 9 years of professional experience in application support, electronic payment systems, ATM and terminal services, and IT infrastructure management.
He brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and customer service excellence, consistently ensuring seamless IT operations and digital banking support across complex enterprise environments. He most recently served as an Application Support Engineer at Heritage Bank Plc , also worked at Wakanow Ltd and High Tech Data System, where he led large-scale Windows OS upgrades, supported IT networks, and implemented business continuity practices.
He also possesses professional certifications including ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management and Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, reflecting his commitment to continual learning and industry best practices. He is a man passionate about leveraging technology to improve service delivery and is always exploring new innovations to optimize banking and IT operations.

Gbenga Femi Olu is a graduate of Economics (B.Sc.) from Bayero University, Kano. Bagged MBA in Business Administration, from Lagos state University (LASU) Lagos state. He started his banking career with one of the foremost Discount Houses in Nigeria in 2001. He moved on to join Equitoral Trust Bank (core banking) in 2006 and remained there until the bank merged with Sterling Bank.
Additionally, in 2012 he left the employment of Sterling Bank to pursue other interests. He was engaged in Capitalfield Investment and trust limited in 2014, worked in the treasury and later seconded to one of its subsidiary Tentropics Marines. He again left to pursue other interests in 2016. He rejoined the Capitalfield Group 2025 to function as the Head Treasury and Business Development of Moneyfield Microfinance Bank.
He has seasoned and well-rounded banking experience as it cuts across customer service, marketing, Treasury and corporate banking.

Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu is a versatile banker with over 15 years experience in both Commercial and Microfinance sectors. She started her banking career as a Teller in a commercial bank, and rose through the ranks to the position of Head of Operations.
In quest for knowledge and in fulfillment of her desire to be a seasoned banker, she willingly opted for a higher challenge by moving to the Business Development Department of banking. This decision has paved way for tremendous growth in her career.
Mrs Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu is a certified Microfinance Practitioner with a BSc Economic from Abia State University Uturu. She is presently the Head, Consumer Loan Desk (Public and Private Sector).

Jegede Taiwo holds a Higher National Diploma Business Administration from Osun State Polytechnic (Iree), MBA in view Ajayi Crowther University. Jegede is highly resourceful and hardworking individual, he contributes to the best of his ability and quota so as to improve the Company’s objectives and achieve managerial goals and targets.

Abudlraheem Dayo Muritala is a seasoned banker; he is a graduate of Business Administration and management studies from Federal Polytechnic, Idah Kogi State. Bogged MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He was a Credit Analyst at Integrated Microfinance Bank before he joined Echo Microfinance bank as Head, Debt Recovery and Remedial Management. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria and Certified Microfinance Practitioner. He brings his wealth of experience for 13years in Microfinance Bank to bear in his current position as Head, Debt Recovery and Remedial Management of CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Evelyn Ebo | Head, Digital Banking
Evelyn Ebo is a highly experienced Digital Banking and Product Management Executive with more than a decade of cross-industry experience in financial services, FMCG, and consulting. She is currently the Head of Digital Banking where she is leading innovation and uptake of digital channels across various customer segments.
Evelyn has expertise in developing and executing digital sales strategies, end-to-end product lifecycles, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Having a strong eye for customer-centric innovation, she has succeeded in leading initiatives that bridge financial access gaps especially for MSMEs and the unbanked through technology and data-driven innovations.
She has held key roles as Product Lead, Technical Product Manager, and Head of Product & Delivery Channels with a track record of success in sales performance analytics, agile uptake, and stakeholder management.
