Stephen Ugoh | Managing Director

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has over 20 years post graduate experience in 2 of the best banks in Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank and Access Bank where he rose through the ranks to become a Regional Manager in charge of Apapa Region.
He is well experienced in retail and SME banking having headed Retail Loans (Product Development & Management) and was part of the team that instituted SME Banking (Business Banking) in Access Bank.
Stephen, who is an alumnus of Retail Banking Institute, Lafferty UK, is a member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and has been involved in several projects, including Mergers and Acquisition, notable among them are Access Bank Retail Transformation Agenda and Access Bank Project One.

Rotimi Iyiola | Head, Financial Control

Rotimi Iyiola joined Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Limited with over fourteen years of work experience across various sectors.

Prior to his employment with Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Limited, he worked at Bode Fakunle & Co (Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants), Obokun Microfinance Bank Limited as Head, Internal Control, and Wakanow.com Limited as Finance Associate. Rotimi was the Pioneer Head of Finance at Flyforvalue Ltd, where he successfully set up and effectively managed the Finance department, and also worked at Alert Microfinance Bank Ltd as Head, Financial Control. His experience also cuts across the Oil and Gas Servicing industry.
He is an Experienced Chartered accountant, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, holds an MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso, and an HND in Accounting from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree.

Additionally, he is a Certified Microfinance Professional (MCP) and has attended various trainings and workshops.

Adebiyi Adewale | Head, Internal Control and Audit

Adebiyi Adewale is an Accounting graduate from the Polytechnic, Ibadan. Before joining Moneyfield Microfinance Bank in 2014 as Assistant Head of Audit/Internal Control, the seasoned banker has worked in various institutions as Internal Auditor including Integrated Microfinance bank and a manufacturing company.

He has over thirteen years experience and is a member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and also a student member of ACCA.

Lateef Akinlade | Head, Information Technology

Lateef is a graduate of Computer Engineering from The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He is a Member of the Nigerian Computer Society, a Certified System Administrator and holds Certification in Identity and Access administration.

He is a cloud computing Expert, with several years of experience working on TCP\IP, OSI Model & Networking Topology, Enterprise Application Support, and Server Solutions & Security.
He has designed, deployed, and managed several secured digital work solutions ranging from Microsoft 365 suites, RAVE, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Open-Source Application especially JOOMLA,WORDPRESS. He served in the capacity of a Team-lead at Netcom Africa before joining Moneyfield Microfinance Bank in 2022.

Tope Olawole | Head, Business Development

Olawole Temitope Olanrewaju is a graduate of Business Administration from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Bagged MBA in General Management from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. He started his banking career with the then NBM Bank about 17 years ago with NBM Bank. NBM Bank Latter came together in 2006 to form Sterling Bank Plc.

He had a stint of Administrative work and Human resources before becoming a marketer along the line. Managed a couple of branches before he exited in 2011. He later joined CIGL Group in 2014 as a Trade Finance marketer and later was redeployed to its Microfinance subsidiary, and presently the Assistant General Manager of the Bank.He is happily married with children.

Kemi Bello | HEAD, Treasury Marketing.

Muhidat Oluwakemi Bello- Head, Treasury Marketing

Kemi is a seasoned banker, who spent over 20 years in First Bank of Nigeria Limited, where she rose from a young officer in 1997 to a senior management position, after 20 years in the bank before she joined CIT Microfinance Bank (now Moneyfield Microfinance Bank) in 2022.

In the course of her professional journey, she had a stint in Lagos State Agric. Dev. Project (LSADP) as Subject Matter Specialist (Fisheries) between 1993 and 1997. Muhidat is a first- and second-degree graduate of Zoology with specialization in Fisheries and Marine Science from the prestigious University of Lagos in 1989 and 1993 respectively.

After joining the banking sector, she obtained an Executive Diploma in Accounting in 1998, also from the University of Lagos. She also attended various courses and seminars (local and Int’l) in major areas of banking (credit appraisals, service excellence/ customer service, relationship management and coaching/ mentoring and leadership).

 

She is a Fellow, Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management (ICSTM); a Member, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN); an Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management ((NIM) and an Associate Member, Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Kemi is an effective communicator, a valuable team player and an astute solution provider.

Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu | Head, Consumer Loan Desk (Public & Private Sector)

Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu is a versatile banker with over 15 years experience in both Commercial and Microfinance sectors. She started her banking career as a Teller in a commercial bank, and rose through the ranks to the position of Head of Operations.

In quest for knowledge and in fulfillment of her desire to be a seasoned banker, she willingly opted for a higher challenge by moving to the Business Development Department of banking. This decision has paved way for tremendous growth in her career.

Mrs Uzomah Olatunji-Dawodu is a certified Microfinance Practitioner with a BSc Economic from Abia State University Uturu. She is presently the Head, Consumer Loan Desk (Public and Private Sector).

Jegede Taiwo | Ag Head, Banking Operations

Jegede Taiwo holds a Higher National Diploma Business Administration from Osun State Polytechnic (Iree), MBA in view Ajayi Crowther University. Jegede is highly resourceful and hardworking individual, he contributes to the best of his ability and quota so as to improve the Company’s objectives and achieve managerial goals and targets 

Jegede has over 12years professional experience spanning through Microfinance Banking, Lending and Investment, which include Banking Operations, Relationship Management. 

 Jegede is a problem solver, calm and a team player with strong skills in Customer Service. 

 In the last 12 years, his experience has been in Leadership in Operation Positions which has afforded him the opportunity to understand the value of Leadership. 

Olamide Odunmaku | Head of Credit-Risk Management

Mr. Olamide A. Odunmbaku officially joined CIT MFB June 2021, as the Head of Credit-Risk Management.

He is an astute Credit-Risk professional with over 14 years’ core experience in Credit Analysis and management, Credit Restructuring, financial analysis and interpretation, facility structuring and people management.

Over the years he has acquired various skills which include but not limited to leadership and people management, analytical and problem solving, Risk Management and Credit Administration, effective communication skills and a strong business acumen.

In the course of his professional journey, Mr. Odunmbaku has worked in the following organizations: Integrated Microfinance Bank Limited, Fina Trust Microfinance Bank Limited, Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited, Purplemoney Microfinance Bank Limited, and IBILE Microfinance Bank Limited.

Mr. Odunmbaku is a graduate of Biochemistry from Yaba College of Technology – YABATECH Lagos and holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho Oyo State. He also holds a Certified Professional Diploma (CPD) in Credit Management from Postgraduate School of Credit and Financial Management. Olamide is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN), an Affiliate Member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), a Member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN) and a Certified Microfinance Professional (MCP). He recently bagged an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, USA.

He has undergone the following professional trainings and seminars on; Enterprise-Wide Risk Management for MFBs (FTC/CBN), National Credit Reporting Conference (BDI/CBAN/CBN), Loan Portfolio Management and Debt Recovery Strategies (CRC Credit Bureau Ltd), Portfolio Management and Managing Third Party Risk in Electronic Payment Platforms(NIBBS) amongst others

He is married and blessed with children.

Dayo Muritala |Head -Debt Recovery 

Abudlraheem Dayo Muritala is a seasoned banker; he is a graduate of Business Administration and management studies from Federal Polytechnic, Idah Kogi State. Bogged MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He was a Credit Analyst at Integrated Microfinance Bank before he joined Echo Microfinance bank as Head, Debt Recovery and Remedial Management. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria and Certified Microfinance Practitioner. He brings his wealth of experience for 13years in Microfinance Bank to bear in his current position as Head, Debt Recovery and Remedial Management of CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd.
