With a career spanning over 30 years, he has served in senior management positions in sales/marketing and HR departments of blue chip companies within the manufacturing sector of the Nigerian economy.
He began his career as a Management trainee (sales) at Berec Nigeria Limited in 1979 and rose to become the Area Manager (North before joining West African Portland Cement Plc (now Lafarge WAPCo)where during an almost 25 year stint, he started out as the manager(North and then West) before cross- functioning to Human Resources.
Mr.Dele Daada retired from the Board of Lafarge WAPCo as the pioneer HR Director, after previously serving as HR Manager (Sagamu Branch), Company Personnel Manager and General Manager Human Resources.
